Senior Global Events Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the global events strategy, architecture, and portfolio to drive measurable pipeline impact and ROI.
• Serve as the executive producer and lead project manager for major programs, including the Partner Conference and Sales Kickoff.
• Define global roadshow strategies, including themes, content pillars, and measurement plans.
• Establish global governance, standards, and approval processes for all event activities.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.
• Manage event budgets, vendor negotiations, and end-to-end delivery of high-impact programs.
• Standardize campaign reporting and dashboards to track influenced revenue and engagement quality.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing with at least 6+ years leading field and events programs.
• Proven expertise in Channel/Partner marketing and a deep understanding of the Managed Service Provider (MSP) market.
• Extensive experience managing large-scale internal conferences, multi-city roadshows, and tier-one industry events.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools, specifically Marketo and Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with event management platforms such as Cvent or Swoogo.
• Ability to travel globally between 20% and 40% based on the event calendar.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
