Responsibilities

• Develop and own a comprehensive global events strategy aligned with brand positioning and commercial priorities
• Lead creative visioning for global shows, brand moments, and immersive experiences
• Lead end-to-end delivery of global and regional events from concepting through execution
• Oversee all experiential formats including large-scale shows, influencer experiences, and retail activations
• Manage external partners including production agencies, creative studios, and technical vendors
• Own and manage the global events budget ensuring strategic investment and cost-efficiency
• Mentor and develop the events team and regional event leads

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Events, Experiential Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 8+ years of experience leading global-scale events or brand experiences for premium beauty, luxury, or fashion brands
• Strong strategic vision and creative problem-solving skills
• Exceptional relationship-building skills with agencies and internal teams
• High cultural awareness and ability to adapt events for diverse regions
• Strong analytical and project management capabilities
