Senior Global Event Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive event production and strategy for flagship external events and tier 1 internal events
• Lead the development of a three-year Executive Program strategy and roadmap
• Partner with event, agency, creative, and demand generation teams to execute 6+ major global programs annually
• Manage key workstreams for flagship conferences including venue management, creative, F&B, and attendee experience
• Oversee strategy, logistics, and ROI for internal events such as Sales Kickoff and annual incentive trips
• Define KPIs and build dashboards to measure event impact on pipeline and engagement
• Build and maintain global event playbooks, templates, and vendor relationships
• Manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and optimize spend

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in event marketing and production within B2B tech
• Proven track record managing event budgets exceeding $5M
• Experience owning complex, multi-faceted event programs
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to define and track success metrics
• Proficiency in vendor negotiation, contracts, and accounting processes
• Excellent project management skills and ability to execute under tight timelines
• Experience with digital or hybrid event components (livestream, registration platforms)
• Ability to work from the San Francisco office
