About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the product lifecycle from Phase II through launch to maximize commercial outcomes
- Translate business and portfolio strategy into actionable product strategy
- Lead cross-functional planning for market launch across multiple territories
- Collect and manage market research, market access, and competitive intelligence
- Drive coordination across clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and medical affairs teams
- Support Phase III trials and manage end-to-end project timelines and budgets
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of sales, marketing, or product management experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- Specialized focus in oncology
- Background in marketing or business within the life sciences sector
- Proven track record in launch strategy development and managing pre-launch activities
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Exceptional writing, editing, and public speaking skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in prostate cancer treatment
- Experience in radiotherapeutics
