Senior Global Benefits Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze global benefits data, including spend, utilization, and market benchmarks, to support decision-making.
• Prepare summaries, reporting, and presentation materials to translate benefits data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Support the execution of global governance frameworks, standards, policies, and escalation paths.
• Coordinate with regional teams, Finance, Legal, and global benefits brokers to support renewals and compliance monitoring.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking accuracy across global benefits programs.
• Contribute to global benefits captive initiatives and support readiness activities and risk analysis.
• Assist with benefit administration, global projects, vendor transitions, and platform implementations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a similar discipline.
• Proven experience in analyzing data, preparing reporting, and supporting business decisions through structured insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting global or multi-country benefits programs.
• Familiarity with global insured benefits programs, such as life, disability, or accident coverage.
• Experience working with a global benefits broker or consulting firm.
• Experience supporting benefits-related system implementations or vendor transitions.
