Senior GIS & Remote Sensing Engineer

Responsibilities

• Contribute to GIS and geospatial solutions for hydropower, renewable energy, and ESIA projects
• Design and optimize GIS workflows for complex spatial analyses
• Perform data acquisition, validation, and transformation across coordinate systems
• Execute remote sensing analytics including satellite and UAV imagery classification
• Develop maps, reports, dashboards, and web-based GIS applications
• Support field data collection using GNSS and UAV technologies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to internal innovation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geography, GIS, Earth Sciences, Surveying, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in GIS and geospatial analysis
• Expertise in GIS, Web GIS, and remote sensing technologies
• Proficiency in coordinate systems, datums, and spatial data management
• Hands-on experience with ESRI suite (ArcGIS Pro, Online, Enterprise, Field Maps)
• Experience with Google Earth Engine and Global Mapper
• Thai language proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in renewable energy or hydropower projects
• Exposure to machine learning in a geospatial context
• Knowledge of BIM and CAD workflows
• Programming skills in Python, ArcPy, or SQL
• Experience with UAV flight operation and data processing
