Senior GIS and Cartography Analyst

Responsibilities

• Produce advanced cartographic products including maps, figures, atlases, and plans for environmental and engineering projects
• Perform spatial analyses and geoprocessing tasks based on specific project requirements
• Transform and structure geospatial data to ensure quality, consistency, and traceability
• Design and publish interactive maps and web services using ArcGIS Online and Portal
• Develop GIS solutions such as web applications and portals using ESRI or open-source tools
• Act as a technical reference for cartography and geomatics within the team
• Participate in project planning and contribute to the evolution of geomatics standards and methods

Requirements

• DEC or Bachelor's degree in geomatics, cartography, geodesy, or a related field
• 10+ years of significant experience in cartography and GIS
• Advanced skills in cartographic production
• Proven experience in web mapping (ArcGIS Online / Enterprise)
• Mastery of ESRI tools including ArcGIS Pro, ArcMap, AGOL, and Portal
• Strong knowledge of geospatial databases
• High level of autonomy, rigor, and attention to deliverable quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency with FME
• Experience with QGIS / PostGIS
• Knowledge of AutoCAD / Civil 3D or Adobe Illustrator
