Responsibilities

• Own Grover's voice in German and English across brand, performance, CRM, and product surfaces
• Drive strategic direction of copy including tone of voice and messaging frameworks
• Create brand and campaign copy from big-idea concepts to long-form storytelling
• Develop performance and growth copy for paid social, display, search, and landing pages
• Manage CRM and lifecycle copy across email, push, and in-app messaging
• Support product copy on web, app, and checkout surfaces via Contentful
• Lead the AI copy stack by building prompts, style guides, and workflows in Gemini, Claude, Lokalise, and Contentful

Requirements

• 5+ years of copywriting experience in agency, scale-up, or in-house environments
• Native German and native or bilingual English fluency
• Deep cultural insight into German and Austrian markets
• Proven portfolio covering brand, performance, and lifecycle copy
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools like Gemini or Claude in daily workflows
• Experience building prompt libraries and brand-voice style guides
• Hands-on experience with Lokalise and Contentful or similar CMS/localization platforms
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder communication skills
