  • Influence the data strategy of disruptive, high-growth companies
  • Communicate account strategy to Databricks Senior Leadership
  • Allocate resources to break into new accounts and grow existing ones
  • Meet with C-Level Executives and practitioners to drive business outcomes
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets
  • Build success plans for both internal teams and external accounts

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience with Open Source Technologies and build vs buy decision-making
  • 4-8 years of experience with Value Selling Methodologies
  • Proven sales experience within big data, Cloud, or SaaS
  • Demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas
  • Experience closing new accounts while managing existing business
  • Strong prospecting motion and creative selling approach
