About the role
Responsibilities
- Mentor and lead the technician team to ensure technical excellence
- Perform expert-level troubleshooting across all generator systems
- Provide strong customer communication and support during field operations
- Assist with project planning, quotes, and job bidding
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of field tasks
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED (related trade school education preferred)
- Demonstrated senior-level electrical knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more and work in various physical positions
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
- Willingness to travel out of market/state for up to two weeks at a time
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and unpredictable hours
