Senior Generator Technician

Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead the technician team to ensure technical excellence
• Perform expert-level troubleshooting across all generator systems
• Provide strong customer communication and support during field operations
• Assist with project planning, quotes, and job bidding
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of field tasks

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED (related trade school education preferred)
• Demonstrated senior-level electrical knowledge
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more and work in various physical positions
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles
• Willingness to travel out of market/state for up to two weeks at a time
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and unpredictable hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
