Senior Generalist Programmer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a central framework used by multiple productions to ensure rapid prototyping and scalable releases
• Standardize generic functionalities including meta-game systems, UI frameworks, and social features
• Manage the integration and maintenance of essential third-party SDKs (Advertising, Analytics, Attribution, Social Platforms)
• Create wrappers and pipelines for real-time GenAI features like LLMs and image generation
• Streamline build processes and platform-specific deployments for iOS, Android, and Web
• Optimize the framework to ensure it is lightweight, performant, and ready for consumer distribution

Requirements

• Proven experience in video game development with a history of building reusable systems
• Deep technical versatility and expertise with Unity internals, native plugins, and API/external service interfaces
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex third-party documentation
• Proactive "Indie Dev" mentality with the ability to identify team needs independently
• Fluency in English with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to designers and artists
• Interest and curiosity regarding GenAI infrastructure in gaming
