Senior GenAI Platform Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex GenAI platforms and services using Python, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Architect and deliver scalable AI solutions to create competitive advantages across various business units
• Collaborate with data science and business stakeholders to define architecture for key generative AI use-cases
• Drive the deployment of new GenAI products and process improvements through the full software development lifecycle
• Provide expert guidance on modern programming, coding standards, and testing methodologies for enterprise-grade solutions
• Serve as an advisor and coach to mid-level developers to foster technical skill development within the AI ecosystem
• Partner with Risk and Control teams to ensure adherence to governance, risk management, and standardization protocols

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in the software industry with a focus on building enterprise software
• 6+ years of experience with Python (FastAPI, Flask, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face), Node.js (Express, NestJS), or TypeScript
• 5+ years of experience delivering complex backend solutions, including APIs and microservices, into production
• Proven understanding of Generative AI systems, AIOps, and application monitoring/evaluation
• Hands-on experience with cloud architectures and public cloud offerings
• Experience with Agile development, CI/CD pipelines, software testing, and code reviews
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience working within the financial services industry
