Senior GenAI Integrated Producer

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from initial brief to final delivery, overseeing every aspect
• Define campaign scope, estimates, and schedules with customers
• Allocate internal resources and manage production timelines
• Manage stakeholder expectations and align multiple client stakeholders
• Monitor budget allocation, negotiate extensions, and manage scope changes
• Supervise the end-to-end delivery process, addressing deadlines and editing time
• Mentor and manage junior team members within the post-production environment
• Create project plans, identify milestones, and manage risk registers
• Coordinate development and delivery among various project participants
• Maintain partner relationships and ensure project profitability

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing post-production in a Creative, Events, or Production Agency
• Proven experience leading digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency
• Strong knowledge of AI, print, digital, and film production
• Ability to manage heavy workloads and prioritize multiple tasks under pressure
• Strong track record in executing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Understanding of current trends in new media and technology
• Experience in resource and production services sourcing
• Knowledge of aspect ratios and shooting for CGI pack replacements
• Experience in shoot production is advantageous
