Senior GenAI Integrated Designer

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digital and social platforms
• Design, layout, animate, and refine digital marketing assets including static, animated, and video formats
• Develop assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display using the Pencil platform
• Manage client briefs through all stages: insight, concept, copy, image/video generation, and final creative assembly
• Optimize and adapt assets for multi-channel rollouts across web, mobile, and social distribution
• Implement brand guidelines to ensure visual quality and cohesion
• Respond to feedback using GenAI capabilities to rapidly iterate and improve designs
• Present work to internal teams, explaining the role of GenAI in ideation and execution
• Research and experiment with new GenAI tools and trends to suggest new creative possibilities
• Oversee the quality and consistency of creative output to ensure alignment with client objectives

Requirements

• Experience as an Integrated Designer with motion skills in an advertising agency, in-house team, or design studio
• Proven portfolio demonstrating hands-on creation of both traditional and AI-assisted projects
• Working knowledge of GenAI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Veo3
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, InDesign)
• Strong retouching skills and a critical eye for detail to correct GenAI-generated inconsistencies
• Strategic understanding of how to integrate GenAI into creative workflows for maximum impact
• Proficiency in digital, social, and e-commerce design standards
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Figma
• Experience with GenAI-driven ideation and prompt engineering
