Senior GenAI Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy GenAI-powered automation and productivity solutions for business teams across Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, and Operations
• Architect and implement complex agentic workflows including task decomposition, tool orchestration, and decision-making loops
• Design and maintain multi-agent orchestration patterns to handle complex tasks like document analysis and data transformation
• Serve as the primary technical resource for the AI tooling ecosystem, including AWS Bedrock and Anthropic Claude
• Identify high-impact use cases by engaging with business stakeholders to translate pain points into practical AI workflows
• Integrate agentic AI workflows with existing enterprise applications such as CRM, HRIS, and finance tools
• Define guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms to ensure safe and auditable autonomous AI actions
• Ensure all AI solutions adhere to internal security, privacy, and data classification policies

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI tools and platforms
• 5+ years of experience in IT, automation, systems engineering, or a related technical role
• Proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end production deployment of a GenAI or agentic AI system in an enterprise environment
• Strong proficiency with AWS Bedrock and Anthropic Claude (API, prompt engineering)
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Claude Agent SDK, or Amazon Bedrock Agents
• Working knowledge of RAG architectures, vector databases, and embeddings
• Proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and AI tool integration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for building tool-integrated AI agents
• Experience integrating AI workflows with enterprise systems like Salesforce, SAP, or Workday
• Background in Ad Tech or digital advertising environments
• Relevant certifications such as AWS AI Practitioner or AWS ML Specialty
• Fluency in Korean
