Senior GenAI Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead origination, creative concepting, and end-to-end production of social-first motion content, animation, and hero campaign films
• Direct and orchestrate AI agents for art direction, retouching, and static design
• Develop and own GenAI design and motion workflows, including prompting frameworks and quality benchmarks
• Provide creative direction and hands-on mentorship to junior and mid-level designers
• Supervise art operations and creative development at the account level
• Collaborate with creative strategists and client teams to translate brand briefs into motion narratives
• Present creative decisions to brand teams and executive-level stakeholders
• Manage project-level production budgets and supplier sourcing

Requirements

• Advanced motion design skills across 2D and 3D with a premium beauty or personal care portfolio
• Expert-level proficiency in Gen AI motion tools (text-to-video, image-to-video, AI-assisted compositing)
• Strong proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Experience providing creative direction and supervising cross-functional production teams
• Proven ability to design and implement AI-assisted workflows
• Exceptional sensitivity to beauty aesthetics, including skin texture, light quality, and color grading
• Understanding of platform-specific requirements for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
