Senior Game Producer

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of production for critical new initiatives within the WWE Champions product
• Drive team efficiency and productivity through full ownership of pod management
• Oversee end-to-end Tech Production including planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting
• Manage project schedules, task backlogs, and roadmap alignment across platforms
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into actionable timelines
• Facilitate cross-disciplinary alignment to ensure unified objectives and smooth execution
• Communicate project status, progress, risks, and issues to management

Requirements

• 5+ years of game production experience with mobile, casual, or social game titles
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end production or major features from ideation to delivery
• Hands-on experience with scrum implementation and agile methodologies
• Strong understanding of backlog management, grooming, and sprint planning
• Comprehensive knowledge of the game development lifecycle and cross-functional workflows
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features on time and within budget
