About the Company

HyperHug is an international game development studio specializing in the shooter genre. We are developing Oxide: Survival Island, an immersive multiplayer survival shooter for mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop meta systems including social features, onboarding, progression, and retention mechanics
• Contribute to core gameplay design and mechanic improvements
• Plan and support LiveOps and monetization features such as events, passes, and offers
• Collaborate with 2D/3D art teams to define requirements and manage asset pipelines
• Configure and implement game content in Unity
• Run A/B tests and perform performance analysis to provide actionable insights

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Game Design for mid-core/hardcore multiplayer mobile games
• Strong experience designing complex game systems
• Experience running the full LiveOps loop including events and offers
• Proven track record of shipping monetization features impacting KPIs
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with dev, art, analytics, and marketing
• Strong interest in the shooter genre
• English B1+ level and Russian C1 level
