Senior FX Sales

Responsibilities

• Research prospective clients to understand business requirements and qualify leads daily
• Execute introductory calls to new corporate clients to build a robust sales pipeline
• Meet weekly and monthly targets regarding call performance, quality, and sales revenue
• Ensure all revenue targets are met in compliance with FCA regulations and client interests
• Maintain an active interest in FX market movements and global economic trends
• Develop strong internal relationships across all business departments
• Participate in regular training sessions and take initiative in professional development

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of closing new business
• Fluent in Spanish and excellent English language skills
• Strong communication skills and confidence in both phone and face-to-face settings
• Resilient, goal-oriented, and persistent in achieving short-term and long-term objectives
• Ability to take feedback and implement it quickly to drive performance
