Senior Fund Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic operational partner to fund managers, supporting day-to-day fund operations and customer experience
• Own complex post-close processes including capital calls, distributions, and investor reporting cycles
• Lead operational execution for fund migrations and new fund launches, including historical data reconciliation
• Manage capital call and distribution calculations using automated workflows, interpreting LPA clauses and management fee mechanics
• Partner with Fund Accounting to ensure reporting cycles are accurate and audit-ready
• Support treasury-related workflows, including payment coordination and cash movement
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve internal platform and operational tooling
• Mentor junior team members and drive the evolution of the company's operating model through automation and AI

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in fund administration, fund operations, or transfer agency within private markets
• Hands-on experience managing fund workflows, capital activity, and reporting processes
• Ability to review LPAs and investment agreements to identify operational requirements
• Strong detail orientation and ability to manage complex processes under tight timelines
• Experience working cross-functionally with accounting and product teams
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
