Senior Fund Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of fund financial models to ensure accurate forecasting of cash flows and investment performance
• Deliver detailed financial analysis and scenario modelling to support strategic decision-making
• Support the preparation of annual business plans, quarterly reporting, and investor deliverables
• Partner with Fund Managers, Asset Management, and Capital Transactions teams to evaluate acquisitions, developments, and divestments
• Assist with capital management initiatives, including debt and funding strategies
• Undertake market research and analyse economic and real estate data to inform investment decisions
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, including with investors and service providers

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in finance, commerce, real estate, or a related discipline
• 3–6+ years of relevant experience in funds management, real estate, investment banking, or advisory
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling and analytical capability
• Experience preparing high-quality presentations and reports using PowerPoint
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
