Senior Functional Consultant - D365 SCM

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document system and business requirements
• Create design documents for new enhancement requests
• Set up and configure systems according to customer requirements
• Develop reports and dashboards utilizing FSC tools
• Test and document issue resolution
• Train end users on the FSC system
• Provide solutions independently or act as an escalation point for junior resources
• Make recommendations for new processes and procedures
• Build strong relationships with clients
• Coach and mentor junior team members
• Participate in internal initiatives to improve systems, metrics, and processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing and/or supporting D365 FSC or AX
• Expertise in Production and Master Planning modules
• Solid knowledge of SCM modules including Procurement, Sales, Inventory, Warehousing, and Quality Management
• Basic knowledge of Finance modules such as AP, AR, GL, Costing, and Asset Management
• Experience with ISVs, 3rd party add-ons, and FSC customization tools
