Senior Functional Analyst - Salesforce

Responsibilities

• Act as the front line of Salesforce support, partnering with the business to provide functional support, troubleshooting, and training
• Collaborate with a geographically diverse team to resolve issues and drive value through the Salesforce platform
• Identify recurring issues to drive towards permanent solutions
• Work within a scrum team alongside Salesforce Admins and QA to deliver business value
• Assist Product Owners and stakeholders in creating training documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Requirements

• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
• 10+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Ops, or Service related roles
• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Admin or Functional Analyst
• 2+ years of production support experience
• Proven understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including automations like flows
• Experience supporting a quoting platform (e.g., Deal Hub, CPQ, RevCloud)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a SaaS technology company or high-growth environment
• Experience with Experience Portals and Salesforce Partner Relationship Management
• Experience working within a formal Salesforce Application Lifecycle Management environment (Dev/QA/UAT/Prod)
