Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Write clean, reusable code using TDD, pair programming, and design patterns
• Advocate for continuous delivery and DevSecOps practices
• Build large-scale distributed systems using microservices
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to build features and interactive prototypes
• Mentor junior-level consultants and drive technical vision
• Oversee the entire software consulting cycle from ideation to deployment

Requirements

• Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and React
• Working knowledge of Java or Kotlin
• Proficiency in Object-Oriented programming and writing well-tested code
• Experience with Agile methodologies (XP, Scrum, or Kanban)
• Awareness of TDD, CI/CD approaches and tools
• Resilience in ambiguous situations and strong influence skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, or Docker
• Active presence in the external tech community (open source, speaking, or blogging)
