Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build key components for EarnIn’s new time-and-attendance system.
• Develop robust, secure, and scalable backend services and APIs using Golang.
• Contribute to intuitive and accessible frontend features using ReactJS.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver high-impact, end-to-end features.
• Implement and maintain scalable backend microservices for payroll products.
• Investigate and resolve production issues with a focus on root cause analysis and long-term stability.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional development experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proficiency with modern backend languages such as Go, C#, or Python.
• Strong experience with frontend frameworks, specifically React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Helm, Kustomize, or Terraform.
• Experience deploying and operating services in Kubernetes environments.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT) in your workflow.
