Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build key components for EarnIn’s new time-and-attendance system.
• Develop robust, secure, and scalable backend services and APIs using Golang.
• Contribute to intuitive and accessible frontend features using ReactJS.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver high-impact, end-to-end features.
• Maintain scalable backend microservices and investigate production issues to ensure long-term stability.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure high quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional development experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Proficiency in modern backend languages such as Go, C#, or Python.
• Strong experience with frontend frameworks, specifically React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with relational databases and AWS cloud services.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Helm, Kustomize, Terraform).
• Proficiency using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or ChatGPT) in your workflow.
