Senior Fullstack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with clients and stakeholders to ensure deployments work as expected
• Maintain and extend API design, implementations, and visual web interfaces
• Assist in the design, planning, and implementation of new platform and system features
• Field customer enquiries regarding the platform and plan remediation for issues
• Collaborate in the review and remediation of features to improve user experience
• Advise and mentor other developers and team members

Requirements

• NV1 or better security clearance
• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining non-trivial API-based web applications
• Experience with server-side rendering strategies and development without a client framework (hypertext & vanilla JS)
• Proficiency with the Go programming language
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Qualifications in software, physics, or mathematics
• Knowledge of GeoInt and geospatial processing domains
• Familiarity with WCAGG accessibility guidelines
