Senior Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable back-office tools that empower Wise Servicing agents to verify customers and mitigate financial risk.
• Develop and deploy scalable backend microservices to support global operations.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Designers, and Analysts to deliver impactful platform solutions.
• Break down complex technical projects into incremental milestones that deliver continuous customer value.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while participating in code reviews and continuous improvement processes.
• Propose optimizations to existing solutions and challenge the status quo through strong product thinking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building frontend applications.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and React.
• Experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend microservices.
• Strong understanding of API design and user behavior tracking.
• A strong sense of UX design and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
