Senior Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build complex healthcare interfaces including medical intake engines and provider charting dashboards
• Connect backend medication ordering and fulfillment pipelines to responsive frontend interfaces
• Design database schemas, write APIs, and build React interfaces
• Integrate AI capabilities into products to automate clinical operations
• Own the full delivery lifecycle including deployment and reliability
• Lead architectural decisions and mentor engineers through code reviews and technical standards

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Experience building and operating high-stakes production systems
• Mastery of client-side state management and performance optimization
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and CI/CD
• Experience using frontier agentic AI tools in development workflows
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco 5 days a week

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated track record of setting technical direction across teams (for Staff level)
• Experience navigating deep ambiguity and leveling up peer engineers
