Senior Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and build full-stack applications that power the firm’s AI and analytics solutions
• Develop intuitive front-end interfaces using React and TypeScript
• Build robust backend services and APIs in Python using FastAPI, Django, or Flask
• Implement secure authentication, data management, and system integration across cloud environments
• Apply DevOps and CI/CD practices to support deployment, monitoring, and maintainability
• Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions within cross-functional delivery pods

Requirements

• 6 to 9 years of professional experience in full-stack development
• Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Extensive experience with Python for backend development
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and secure development practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience translating complex business workflows into technical solutions
• Ability to operate independently in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with AI Engineers and Solution Architects
