Senior Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Architect and build robust internal tools, ERP modules, and operational systems across the entire stack
• Collaborate directly with company leadership to translate business problems into technical roadmaps
• Act as the technical owner for internal products, driving architecture and making technical trade-offs
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and task delegation
• Balance system speed with stability and scalability

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building complex, production-ready web applications
• Fullstack fluency in backend logic (API design, SQL/Database modeling) and frontend (React)
• Proven experience building internal tools, ERPs, CRMs, or admin dashboards
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience stitching together third-party APIs and webhooks
• Experience with large-scale data throughput systems
