Senior Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement customer feedback, enhancements, and new features
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) for complex application issues
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and database queries
• Support production deployments, hotfixes, and release procedures using CI/CD pipelines
• Monitor application behavior and system performance using tools like App Insights or Grafana
• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and product teams within an Agile/Scrum environment
• Guide and groom junior team members to help them handle independent product improvements
• Maintain technical documentation, including solutions, workarounds, and knowledge base entries

Requirements

• 1 to 4 years of experience developing end-to-end web applications using the Microsoft stack
• Proficiency in .NET Core (6/7/8), C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, and WebAPI
• Strong frontend skills with Angular 7+, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with distributed databases and caching, specifically Cosmos DB, MongoDB, or Redis
• Knowledge of Azure services including Azure Functions and Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with Elastic Search and SQL Server
• Experience with Unit Testing frameworks such as MS Test, Jasmine, NUnit, or Karma
• MCA or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture, Microservices, or Domain-Driven Design
• Knowledge of Authentication and Authorization protocols like OAuth2 or OpenID Connect
• Experience working in a GxP regulated environment or following strict compliance standards
• Previous experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
