Senior Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable, healthcare AI applications using Java and React
• Design robust, performant, and maintainable system architectures using cloud best practices
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into solutions
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure high availability
• Contribute to cutting-edge features leveraging AI and machine learning
• Participate in code reviews and write thorough tests and documentation
• Assist with deployment and support of on-prem and cloud-based solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Professional full-stack development experience including backend APIs, frontend UI, and user authentication
• Deep expertise in Java programming and scalable architectures
• Experience with Spring Boot, React, and UX design frameworks
• Proficiency with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and document databases (MongoDB)
• Experience developing and deploying cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare domain including HL7 and FHIR
• Experience with AI/ML concepts and frameworks
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
