Senior Fullstack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own technical architecture and drive platform decisions using Django, React, GraphQL, and PostgreSQL
• Lead the engineering team while remaining hands-on with feature building and code reviews
• Establish AI-augmented development workflows and train the team on AI coding agents
• Manage releases, deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker-based workflows
• Coordinate with product, operations, finance, and DevOps teams
• Set code quality standards, testing requirements, and development processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience with Python/Django and React/TypeScript
• 2+ years of technical leadership or engineering management experience
• Experience with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred)
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with PHP/Yii2 or legacy system migration
• Experience with NetSuite or ERP integrations
• Experience with platform consolidation projects
