Senior Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across the organization to translate business priorities into shipped features
• Generate clean, efficient, and well-documented software following industry best practices
• Provide leadership and technical guidance for resilient, scalable SaaS applications
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues
• Mentor and guide junior software engineers
• Drive continuous improvement of development processes and operational excellence

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in developing highly scalable cloud-native applications
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS
• Experience working across the full stack (frontend and backend)
• Deep experience building applications on Azure or AWS using CI/CD and DevOps best practices
• Proficiency with event-driven architecture, API integration, and GraphQL
• BA/BS in a computer science-related field or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building with AI-driven UX, agents, and workflow automation
• Experience working with customers to improve product experiences
• Experience using tools like Grafana for observability and performance monitoring
