Senior Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain internal integrations, tools, and solutions to streamline operations.
• Build and maintain APIs and integrations to facilitate secure and efficient data transfer between systems.
• Partner with business stakeholders to leverage technology and AI to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Build scalable applications to support the growing needs of the business.
• Take full ownership of the development lifecycle, including scoping, planning, shipping, testing, and deploying features.
• Mentor other developers and advocate for high-quality code through pull request reviews.
• Contribute to high-level architecture decisions and communicate technical strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience building RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby or Ruby on Rails, or deep experience with Object Oriented Programming.
• Experience with JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React, Vue, AngularJS, or Next.js.
• Understanding of CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap) and CSS preprocessors.
• Ability to write effective tests and a strong understanding of their value in the development process.
• Solid understanding of design patterns and clean code principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within a Business Systems Engineering or DevOps-adjacent environment.
• Interest in leveraging AI to solve operational challenges.
