Senior Full-Stack Web Developer

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable frontend and backend architectures for customer-facing applications
• Develop highly interactive frontend applications and performant backend APIs for order management and geospatial datalake systems
• Drive engineering best practices including code quality, testing, and deployment strategies
• Implement containerized deployment strategies using Docker and Kubernetes
• Partner with multidisciplinary teams across software, infrastructure, and mission operations to support long-term platform strategy
• Design systems capable of processing large volumes of geospatial and temporal data with high responsiveness

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering and full-stack web development
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, React, and FastAPI
• Proven experience with Docker and Kubernetes in cloud-native environments
• Strong programming skills in both Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL/PostGIS and geospatial data technologies
• Familiarity with GIS frameworks and standards such as Mapbox, OpenLayers, or GDAL
• Excellent problem-solving skills and English fluency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Earth Observation, Remote Sensing, or GeoINT workflows
• Experience applying AI/ML techniques to geographic or remote sensing datasets
• Knowledge of WebGL2, WebAssembly, DuckDB, or Parquet
• Experience leading or mentoring software engineering teams
• Experience building real-time, highly interactive visualization platforms
