Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust solutions for new and existing Canadian Banking applications using a modern full-stack approach
• Identify and eliminate technical debt to ensure products are well-maintained
• Participate in design discussions and architectural solution designs aligned with Enterprise Security Standards
• Lead code reviews and mentor technical team members on best practices
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to define product roadmaps and strategy
• Assess business requirements and evaluate technology options to meet bank strategy

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with React/Redux front-end development
• 6+ years of experience with Spring Boot back-end development
• Proven experience coaching team members in React/Redux and Spring Boot best practices
• Extensive experience with code reviews, product solutions, and architectural design
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of NodeJS and Cloud development
• Experience building automated self-serve solutions for end users
• Experience defining product roadmaps and future-state architectures
• Experience with AI enablement projects and integrating AI capabilities into existing workflows
