Responsibilities
- Lead development across the stack by architecting, building, and shipping high-quality code
- Design scalable, elegant solutions in collaboration with Product teams
- Triage, prioritize, and resolve system-level issues
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance, code health, and team efficiency
- Mentor and coach teammates to help shape a culture of technical rigor
Requirements
- 5+ years in a full-stack software development role
- Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
- Deep proficiency with TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express.js, and REST APIs
- Experience with relational databases, Git, and AWS
- Ability to adapt to modern tools like Linear and Cursor
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
