Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain features that help users connect and make friends through gaming on desktop and mobile
• Engage with developers, game studios, and partners to address challenges in providing rich player experiences
• Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, Product Owners, and Data Scientists to build and iterate on engaging experiences
• Partner with Content, Marketing, and ML teams to improve ranking and discovery systems
• Build innovative features to help users discover new friendships and deepen existing ones

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and Python or other modern programming languages
• Track-record of shipping incremental and delightful user experience features
• Ability to switch between different technical stacks and learn new ones
• Experience leading projects, gathering requirements, and mentoring others
• Strong collaborative skills with cross-functional stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on mobile native stacks (iOS/Obj-C/Swift or Android/Java/Kotlin)
• Experience working on developer platforms or tooling
