Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain new Ads products from the backend to frontend
• Collaborate with Revenue Infrastructure, Core Tech, Machine Learning, and Data Science teams
• Partner with product and cross-functional leadership to scale digital advertising features
• Architect simple and maintainable systems to enable rapid iteration and high technical quality
• Own projects end to end, from refining requirements and technical design to implementation and maintenance

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong focus on product impact and business problem solving
• High sense of ownership and ability to operate autonomously
• Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement
• Experience providing mentorship and technical guidance to fellow engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise with TypeScript, React, React Native, and Python
• Familiarity with experimentation and data analysis
• Contributions to open-source projects
• Passion for the Discord platform
