Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

We help clinicians launch and scale their own clinics by providing AI-powered software, payer contracting, and full back-office infrastructure. We've raised over $14M in funding and are building for long-term category leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-native clinical workflows for documentation, treatment planning, and administrative work
• Own revenue and payments infrastructure, including billing, adjudication, and authorization systems
• Develop provider business operations tools for credentialing, contracting, and payroll
• Design patient and family experiences for intake, onboarding, and progress tracking
• Create internal automation systems to replace manual healthcare workflows
• Maintain platform foundations including data models, APIs, security, and AI infrastructure

Requirements

• Experience building in operationally complex domains (fintech, healthcare, insurance, or logistics)
• Strong systems thinking with ability to model states, transitions, and invariants
• High product instinct and ability to translate user pain points into software
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive execution without detailed PRDs
• High ownership mindset and proactive problem-solving skills
• AI-native approach to development and workflow
• Ability to balance rapid development with long-term technical stability
• Passion for learning complicated regulatory and operational domains
• Strong desire to remain hands-on with coding and building

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI-powered products in production
• Experience with LLM workflows, agents, or evals
• Experience modeling complex operational or financial systems
• Healthcare, EHR, insurance, or revenue cycle experience
• Experience at an early-stage startup
