Senior Full Stack Product Engineer

GetGround is on a mission to make property investment safer, faster, and more accessible for landlords. By leveraging AI to reimagine the entire landlord journey, we are disrupting the £1.7 trillion UK buy-to-let asset class.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally to understand customer needs and take ideas from concept to deployment
• Build and maintain user-facing products across the stack using React, Remix, TypeScript, and Golang
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ship high-quality features using AI tools
• Write clear, maintainable code and documentation for both humans and AI models
• Help define new engineering practices for an AI-native development environment
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to scaling the engineering culture

Requirements

• Experience as a Full Stack Engineer working on user-facing products
• Strong product and commercial thinking
• Ability to move fluidly between frontend and backend development
• Curiosity and excitement regarding AI-augmented development workflows
• Experience with testing practices including unit, integration, or automated end-to-end tests
• Track record of mentoring or supporting other engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with React, Remix, and TypeScript
