Senior Full-Stack Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of AI features, including model development, backend APIs, UI integration, and production monitoring.
• Design and develop agentic AI solutions that orchestrate LLMs, tools, and workflows to solve complex, multi-step problems autonomously.
• Implement the full ML lifecycle, from data engineering and model development to cloud-based deployment and MLOps.
• Translate emerging technologies like GenAI and agentic architectures into practical, scalable solutions for customer experiences.
• Optimize system performance, specifically managing latency, cost, and reliability trade-offs in LLM-driven and agent-based systems.
• Create high-cadence proofs of concept to validate potential solutions in alignment with product strategy.
• Stay at the forefront of SOTA research, specifically regarding autonomous workflows and multi-agent architectures.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in AI/ML or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience building software or AI systems.
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience working with LLMs, generative AI, or AI agent architectures.
• Deep understanding of generative models, prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases.
• Proficiency in MLOps and hands-on experience setting up pipelines on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong full-stack development skills, including data pipelines, distributed systems, APIs, and web front-ends.
• Proven ability to design and deploy real-world ML applications (e.g., Computer Vision, Classification).

• Experience guiding teams to deliver high-impact technical solutions.
• Expertise in frameworks and tools specifically used for orchestrating AI agents.
