Senior Full Stack Founding Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ship 0-to-1 products from ambiguous problem statements to live production-grade systems in weeks
• Utilize AI-native workflows (Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code) as a force multiplier while maintaining architectural integrity
• Own the full stack including frontend, backend services, data layers, and LLM API integrations
• Establish architecture, code standards, and review discipline to mentor junior partners
• Implement production-grade features including auth, security, observability, and error handling

Requirements

• 7–12 years of experience (flexible for high shipping velocity)
• Full-stack depth with proficiency in React/Next.js and backend services
• Proven track record of shipping real products rapidly using AI tooling
• Experience hardening and scaling production systems
• High autonomy and ability to thrive in low-process, fast-moving environments
• Proficiency with modern stacks: React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, or Java
• Experience with LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, and vector databases
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
