Senior Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end across frontend and backend from design to production for consumer ticketing experiences
• Build and maintain React + TypeScript frontends alongside Laravel / PHP backend services
• Manage high-risk paths including payments, coupons, wallets, rewards, and authentication
• Architect and optimize database schemas, caching, and performance strategies across SQL/NoSQL and MongoDB
• Design, secure, and scale RESTful APIs and backend workflows for high traffic
• Contribute to the internal design system and component library
• Review code, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and improve system reliability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience building production web applications
• Strong React and TypeScript skills including server-state management
• Strong PHP and Laravel skills with deep understanding of REST API design and security
• Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases
• Strong Tailwind CSS skills and experience with component/design systems
• High-signal testing mindset with experience in critical flow testing
• Proven experience owning features on production-scale systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a monorepo environment (Turborepo, Nx, or Yarn/PNPM)
• Internationalization and RTL (Arabic) experience
• Familiarity with payments and e-commerce checkout complexity
• Experience building or maintaining a shared component library and Storybook
• Comfort with both Vite and Next.js patterns
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Docker
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring/logging tools
