Senior Full Stack Engineer

Unwrap.ai is on a mission to fill the world with products people love. We help companies like Lyft, Stripe, and Microsoft collect and process feedback more effectively using state-of-the-art NLP technology to extract actionable insights. We are a venture-backed team of 30 based in Santa Barbara.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver major customer-facing components end-to-end
• Understand customer needs and help compile sprint requirements
• Design and build user-facing tools across the full tech stack
• Ship core product features including frontend, backend, and data pipelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field
• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer
• Hands-on experience with both frontend and backend software systems
• Ability to work in an ambiguous product environment
• Comfort meeting with customers to ideate solutions
• Strong focus on developing high-quality, robust software

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, Node.js, and React
