Senior Full Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI-powered features using Claude Code and the Anthropic API
• Design prompt engineering strategies for patient-facing and internal clinical workflows
• Integrate LLM capabilities responsibly within HIPAA-compliant systems
• Build guardrails and safety layers for AI-generated patient-facing content
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain software across the technology suite
• Design and implement scalable APIs and data pipelines for real-time patient interactions
• Ensure all systems adhere to regulatory security standards like HIPAA and SOC 2
• Collaborate with the CTO to scope projects from customer interviews and shadow sessions

Requirements

• Hands-on production experience with Claude Code and Anthropic API
• Experience building with LLMs in production environments
• 5+ years of full stack experience (React, Node.js, Python, or similar)
• Experience ingesting and normalizing third-party data feeds
• Understanding of HIPAA or similar compliance frameworks
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with no-code/low-code platform development
• Workflow engine or rules engine design
• AI safety practices in regulated or sensitive domains
• Real-time communication systems at scale
