Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features end-to-end, from database to UI, for critical pharmacy workflows
• Partner directly with product managers and pharmacy operations experts to define product requirements
• Own the entire lifecycle of your code: design, build, test, deploy, and production support
• Make technical tradeoffs between speed and durability as the platform scales to more health systems
• Contribute to the technical foundation of the platform, specifically how AI is embedded into workflows
• Review code and contribute to design documents to raise the technical bar across the engineering team

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience working across the full stack
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with working proficiency in Python
• Proven track record of building customer-facing products
• Experience working in fast-moving, high-growth environments
• Ability to work hybrid in San Francisco (Mondays and Wednesdays in-office) or Chicago

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or other highly regulated industries
• Experience with Java or Ruby
• Experience at startups during both the 0-to-1 and 1-to-N scaling phases
