Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Responsibilities

• Take strong product ownership and actively seek responsibility within a self-organized team
• Work autonomously in a close-knit environment to shape the future of Mercury's platform
• Partner closely with designers and product leaders to ship high-quality, intuitive user experiences
• Join a specific product group such as Banking, Experiences, Expansion, or Risk to solve complex fintech challenges

Requirements

• 3-7 years of full-stack development experience
• Knowledge of, or a strong desire to learn, Haskell, React, TypeScript, and Redux
• Ability to balance technical tradeoffs and find creative solutions to achieve product goals
• Proficiency in incorporating AI tools into your workflow to accelerate development and improve code quality
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional counterparts
